Dolly Parton Themed Birthday Party Planned By Miley Cyrus

Having seen Dolly Parton perform last year, we think a Dolly-themed costume and music birthday party is a fabulous idea.   (This is the first time I’ve felt I had something in common with Miley Cyrus.  Amazing!).   Dolly’s wonderful sense of humor, sparkly dress and incredible musical talent is inspirational.
